I am taking a web design course at the Art Institutes and I can create CSS and whole web sites. Just note me with what you want and we'll work from there. You'll have to pay to have the site registered unless you add that amount to the base price.

Prices are:
$5 for CSS
$15 for whole sites

I know these prices are pretty cheap, but I'm just starting out. But I do guarantee the quality of your CSS or site.
